Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Templates, Tools, E-books)

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if:

      • The product is defective (e.g., corrupted file, missing features as advertised).

      • You accidentally purchased the same product twice.

    • No refunds will be issued for:

      • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after download.

      • Failure to read product descriptions or compatibility requirements.

  • How to Request:
    Email raman@aurora-business-solutions.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Proof of issue (e.g., screenshot of error).

 

2. Advisory Services

  • Pre-Paid Services:

    • Cancellations made 48+ hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the fee.

  • Completed Services:

    • No refunds once advice/deliverables (e.g., reports) are provided.

 

3. Subscriptions

  • Monthly/Annual Plans:

    • Cancel anytime, but no refunds for partial periods.

    • Unused portions of annual plans are non-refundable.

 

4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Allow 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products/services (e.g., bespoke templates).

  • Downloadable products after 24 hours of purchase.
